Delivery charges are based on your zip code and are calculated based on your chosen delivery method.

• Overnight: next day delivery in the US
• Express: 1-3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally

• Economy: 5-8 business days in the US, 6-12 days in Canada, 5-10 days internationally
• No rush: 10-20 business days internationally
• Flat rate: 5-8 business days in the US, 6-12 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally

Under our present payment processor, Paypal, when you send a payment using our website, the recipient (Pana) won’t receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. Once your payment is processed and approved, an order is sent to our fulfillment center which will then process the order and ship the product to you.

Yes, once an the order is placed and the payment is accepted, you will receive an email detailing the item(s) and the respective cost.  Your billing and shipping address will show at the bottom of your invoice for confirmation.
